Profiled steel sheets are manufactured by cold-roll forming thin galvanized or Al-Zn coated steel sheets. They are categorized into three main types: floor decking (load-bearing), roof panels, and wall panels.

Upon arrival, steel coils undergo testing for sheet thickness, galvanizing coating weight, and yield strength; visual inspections are conducted to reject coils with rust, coating voids, or severe scratches.

Perforated panel refers to metal sheet material punched with various types of holes—such as round, square, oblong, triangular, or other shapes.
